New Jersey Supreme Court rejected appeals by ExxonMobil decided to award $ 7,000,000 to give to Bonnie Anderson, who once worked as an electrician, who suffered from mesothelioma after exposure to asbestos from the Exxon refinery.
Previously the company has filed an appeal, they argue that number is too big for exposure compensation. Supreme grand refused to hear an appeal, which means that $ 7,000,000 will still be given to Anderson's (or immediate family if she dies before the money is given.)
Anderson now age 62 and worked at ExxonMobil Bayway Refinery Linden, along with her husband, John. In 2001 Anderson was diagnosed with mesothelioma and since then she has struggled for life and for their rights.
